Process Architecture was established July 1, 2000 and is founded on the principal that the key to a successful project is based in the design process. This process is focused around the client, their use, needs and goals. Through detailed discussions, thoughtful planning, functional programming and evolving sketches, the best design is realized. This process holds true for all project types and ultimately leads to a better design solution.
Since its inception, Process Architecture has striven for excellence in every phase of architectural design including programming, planning, layout, design and preparation of construction documents. Our commitment to the design process and meeting our client’s design and budget goals has strengthened our firm's relationship with our clients. The majority of our projects are commissioned by previous, satisfied clients or their referrals.
It is all about the process and the dedication to maintain it. Process Architecture offers all phases of architectural services from planning and programming through construction observation. Because each project is unique, we tailor our services to best respond to the client’s needs. Direct involvement by the principal of the firm in each project ensures the process and project goals are maintained and achieved.

From maximizing the benefits of the site exposure to the integration of natural day lighting and high efficiency HVAC and building shell systems, we strive to create exceptional projects without sacrificing aesthetics. Current projects include a 42 acre, 330 unit multi-family development in Bozeman, a 14,000 sf mixed use office/residential building and a 67 home subdivision in Missoula. We believe our ability to recognize and understand each client’s unique goals, and a commitment to design excellence and service to the client are keys to our record of successful projects.
